The colours you see on the screen are created with light, whereas printed colours are created through the mixing of inks, the screen colours will be more vibrant and bright, other factors such as fabrics and different printing methods will also affect the print result compared to what you see on the screen, if there is a high demand for colour accuracy, you will generally be required to provide the Pantone colour code for the corresponding colour, more information learn more here, please note, for printing, 100% colour accuracy is not possible.
After we experienced a ransomware virus encrypting our computer files a few years ago, we have isolated the computer and server where we store the files from the external network, your design files will only be transferred on our intranet, and any kind of copy is not supported.
In the production of scarves, there will be random quantity amount of defective ones, in most cases, we will place them in the warehouse and cut these scarves into A5 size samples (samples never include the logo part) after 1 or 2 years, instead of selling them.

The production of scarves is subject to a variety of unavoidable rejects and the number of rejects is not fixed, so we will usually produce an additional 5% of your order as spares, although in most cases the number of finished products will be the same as the number you ordered.

The cost of common woven label and hangtag is about 50 US dollars each for approximate 1000pcs. The price of the box is mainly based on the size, quantity and paper quality, the regular lid and base box is about 1.4-2 US dollars for example.
It depends on the weight and shipping destination of the goods, but usually the shipping cost for samples around 0.5kg (2-5pcs scarf) is about 25-40 US dollars, contact us for accurate shipping price.
Not exactly, prices do not include VAT or customs duties, because we simply can’t sure the tax rate of each country or even each state, no matter express, air or sea, you need to bear the extra tax yourself, if you want to know the tax rate, please consult your local customs or check according to HS CODE on the customs website. The customs HS CODE of the scarf is based on different materials: 62141000 (scarf of silk), 62149000 (scarf of wool, fine animal hair or man-made fibers), 62143000 (scarf of synthetic fibers). Or we can give you a reference import tax rate of your country. Sometimes there are special express lines who can finish the customs clearance and afford all tax, however, these express lines have certain risks, the delivery time can’t be guaranteed, and there is a small probability that the item may be lost.
Except for fabric price fluctuations, our other costs are relatively fixed, so the quotation is usually valid for 1 month.
Well, each factory has different costs such as labor costs, production costs, different profit margins and quality standard which decides the defective rate, your final choice must be based on the comparison of quality, price and service.
We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer (t/t) or Western Union payment, among which Paypal can support credit card payment, but need to pay an additional 5% handling fee, we recommend using PayPal for small payments less than 500 US dollars, for bank transfer, please ensure that the account information filled in is consistent with the bank information received, wrong information will result in the payment being returned or reporting to the bank (usually requires a handling fee of 25-30 US dollars), please be sure to send us the payment confirmation slip by email after the payment is completed.

Shipping & Customs
Express like DHL or FedEx range from 5-7 days, air freight option range from 7-15 days, while ocean freight option range from 25-60 days, Express is easier, quicker but cost much higher, If the order quantity is large and urgent to receive a part, consider splitting your shipment between express and air freight or ocean.
With the exception of countries in war or turmoil, we can theoretically shipping globally.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the total gross weight or the total CBM weight (or volumetric weight), whichever is the heaviest. The CBM weight is mainly used when the goods themselves are relatively light but the volume is relatively large, such as wool shawls.
All scarves will be packed into cardboard boxes, and if shipped by sea or air, and the scarves are packed in gift boxes, we usually will also pack every few cardboard boxes in wooden racks for better protection.
Of course, we can pack them in packs according to the different scarf quantity requirements of each address, and send them to different addresses. Please note that shipping to different addresses is much more expensive than shipping to one address due to the charge of each shipping for the first weight.
This will depend on which country shipping to and the weight of the order. Due to the light weight of the scarves, the most common shipping method is FedEx, DHL, TNT, Aramex or UPS, and we can also ship your scarves by air, sea or train, Express is usually more suitable for packages that are less than 100kg and required to be delivered as soon as possible. Air freight is recommended for shipments weighing more than 150 kg that also need to be delivered quickly, Sea or train freight is best for shipments over 200kg and with plenty of time.
Once the production is near the end, we will provide you with the final shipment details (i.e. the number, size and weight of each carton), if you need to ship by express, you only need to provide the account number of your appointed express, if it is air, sea or railway shipping, please provide the contact information of your freight forwarder, we will confirm the port warehouse address with them.
Yes, there will be no Ohscarf information on packages, shipping mark or bill, and your own company information will be replaced.

It's hard for us to tell the exact duty or tax in your country or state, generally you can learn about the tariff and VAT rate from the local customs website or carrier, and then calculate it based on the amount of the commercial invoice we send you.
Sustainability & Ethics
Due to cost considerations, some of our current scarf orders still use PE bags, which are made of plastic and are difficult to degrade, but we are also gradually using biodegradable (PLA+PBAT) packaging bags, if you need this more environmentally friendly bags, please let us know.
