Production Time
Production usually takes 15-18 days after confirmation of samples and receipt of advance payment, and 20-25 days for larger orders. For rush orders, the time can be reduced to around one week, but the exact time still depends on the quantity of the product and the specific requirements, which you can confirm by contacting us.
Pick-up and Loading
Once we finished packing and quality checking the final products, we will arrange shipping with one of our logistics partners. Please note that it may take 1-3 days for your goods to be picked up and loaded onto a plane or ship.
Shipping Time
Once your shipment is loaded onto plane or boat, here are the estimated time it'll take until your shipment arrives at your address.
Express is recommended for goods under 100KG
DHL Express: 3-5 days
FedEx International Priority: 3-7 days (FedEx prices sometimes are cheaper than DHL, but for shipments to the USA, there is a high probability that a 5106 form will be required, which will involve your company and personal information, so please let us know in advance if this is unacceptable to you).
Air freight: 7-15 days
Ocean freight: 20-60 days (Both air and ocean freight require to finish customs clearance by yourself, and generally require the assistance of a freight forwarder, you can have your own freight forwarder to support, or we can help to finish the whole process).
You can track the entire express shipping status using the tracking number or URL we have shared with you, for air and ocean freight shipments, you may only have the date of departure and there will be no updating status until it arrives at port.
