Sample Is the First Step

Samples are a great way to understand the properties, quality and production process of your product, so we fully understand the need for samples before you place an order with us. Whether you want to test the quality of our scarves, hijab or bandanas, feel the properties of the fabric or get a visual representation of your artwork printed on scarves, hijab or bandanas, we can cover your needs.

Sample Types

There are two kinds of samples for you, our available sample and your pre-production sample.

Available Samples

The sample can be a complete or A4 cut size sample. It is free, but shipping charge is still needed (US$25-35). You can refer to the quality of printing and feeling of the fabric to determine whether it meets your requirements.

Please note that it is not possible for us to prepare all available fabric samples for each customer. If you require samples, please contact us first with your approximate product requirements and budget range so that we can select the right samples for you.

Here's what's included and excluded in a pre-production sample:

Noted: the add-ons: 35 usd/design and box packaging sample cost: 45 usd/design is not included in pre-production samples cost, these two samples cost is 100% reimbursed when quantity reach 500pcs/design.

sample time: 12-18 days
5-7 days for rush samples

suitable for: natural fabrics
above 14mm silk, wool, cotton

sample reimbursement: 50%/100% of sample fee
50% for volume of 150 pcs per design
100% for volume of 250 pcs per design

Heat Transfer Printing

sample cost: 15-25 usd/design
depends on the fabric and size

sample quantity: 1-2pcs/design
we will leave one for bulk order color match

sample time: 3-5 days
3-5 days for rush samples

suitable for: polyester fabrics
polyester twill, satin, chiffon, poly-cotton ...

Hand Screen Printing

sample cost: 35 usd/color
Every color in design need one screen

sample quantity: 1pc/design
we will leave one for bulk order color match

sample time: 15-20 days
10-15 days for rush samples, this printing has complex printing processes

suitable for: all fabrics
all fabrics can be hand screen printed

sample reimbursement: 50%/100% of sample fee
50% for volume of 500 units per design
100% for volume of 1000 units per design

Machine Screen Printing

sample cost: 40 usd/color + 75usd
Every color in design need one screen, 75usd is for minimum cost compensation

sample quantity: 1-2pc/design
we will leave one for bulk order color match

sample time: 15-20 days
10-15 days for rush samples, this printing has complex printing processes

suitable for: all fabrics
a very cheap but not exquisite printing, widely used for polyester and cotton fabrics

sample reimbursement: 50%/100% of sample fee
50% for volume of 1000 units per design
100%for volume of 2000 units per design

Solid Color Dyeing

sample cost: 55 usd/color
sample dyeing can't exceed 2 meters

sample quantity: 1pc/color
we will leave one for bulk order color match

sample time: 10-15 days
5-7 days for rush samples

suitable for: all fabrics
all fabrics can be dyed

sample reimbursement: 50%/100% of sample fee
50% for volume of 200 units per color
100% for volume of 300 units per color

Revisions & Redesigns

Before placing an order for a pre-production sample, please double check the specifications and details of your sample. Changes in scope after the sample has been created will come with additional costs.
