Sample TestWe will choose the closest color embroidery thread according to the color of the design or the Pantone color number. Usually, a complete bandana sample will be completed in 2-3 days.
Confirm SampleAfter the sample is completed, we will send you the physical bandana sample or photo for confirmation. If there is any problem, we will make adjustments unlimited times until you are satisfied.
PMS ColorConfirm the type of fabric and Pantone number for bandana or send us a physical sample, digital color number like RGB or CMYK can’t work, since the different screen shows different color.
Sample DyeingWe will dye a color sample according to the determined color number, which usually takes about 5-7 days. After it is finished, we will take a color comparison photo or send you a physical bandana sample.
Confirm SampleAfter the sample color is confirmed, we will start dyeing the bulk order by following the bandana sample color, due to the different temperature and humidity, there is usually a slight color difference from the sample
