Crinkle satin is made of polyester FDY, usually 75D*75D, 75D*100D and 100D*100D, with a special finishing process in which the threads are twisted and then re-twisted by steaming and drying. The fabric structure adopts a plain weave, under the condition of strong warp and weft twist, the warp and weft threads are twisted after dyeing and shrinking, the fabric surface crepe feeling is obvious, the satin crepe is rich in natural stretch, interweaving point is firm, not easy to loosen or crack.
