The yarns in the fabric wind and twist to form symmetrical loops, similar to the loops formed in knitting. It is then bleached, dyed, printed and finished, and then cut and sewn into various styles hijab.
Cotton jersey is made from 95% cotton (combed and long-staple cotton yarns) and 5% spandex, with elasticity in both the warp and weft directions. The cotton knitted hijab is elegant, wrinkle-resistant and drapes well, is breathable, skin-friendly and can be worn without ironing.
