Tencel has the comfort of cotton, the strength of polyester, the luxurious beauty of woollen fabrics and a silk-like feel and elegant lustre, with the good moisture absorption of viscose fibre and the high strength of synthetic fibre like synthetic fibre, and is extremely tough in both dry and wet conditions.

The dyeing strength of tencel is close to that of viscose fiber, which is better than that of pure cotton. Tencel fiber is naturally white with high fabric density, so no whitening agent is needed. Dyeing or painting on linen is almost as good as on white paper.
