Silk-cotton fabrics use different materials for the warp and weft, cotton for the weft and silk for the warp, and the silk-cotton content is 30% and 70% respectively. Because it is mixed with cotton, the luster of silk cotton fabrics is not as good as that of real silk fabrics, and the feel is rougher than real silk fabrics, but silk cotton also has advantages that real silk fabrics do not have.

Silk-cotton scarves combine the softness and smoothness of silk and the skin-friendly and sweat-absorbing characteristics of cotton. At the same time, the stronger combination of cotton and dyes greatly increases the color fastness of the fabric. Therefore, the printing effect of silk-cotton scarves is usually very good. Silk is also much cheaper, but the disadvantage of silk and cotton scarves is that it is easy to stain, especially the patterns with dark and light colors.
