Polyester twill is a smooth and durable fabric with an elegant and slightly shiny finish. Polyester twill fabric is similar in appearance to silk twill fabric, with a parallel diagonal pattern at a 45-degree angle, polyester twill fabric has a double-sided twill texture and is a simulated silk twill fabric.

The disadvantage of polyester twill scarf is that it is not as naturally soft and smooth as silk twill, but polyester twill scarf is stiffer and more durable than silk twill scarf, machine washable, easy to care for and cheap. Polyester twill scarves are normally heat transfer or screen printed and have a good glossy and color saturation.
